Additional Notes

This paper pattern includes all pattern pieces and instructions with illustrations.

This was the first pair of pants I have ever made and were an excellent entry into it. I love that there are no zips. The side closure is so flattering and easy to achieve. Megan has a series of blog posts on her website to walk you through the entire process. These pants are just beautiful to wear, I love the release tucks in the front and they were not as hard to achieve as I thought they would be. I did find that even though I cut the smallest size, it was a tad too big in the waist. I am very small in that area. I made sure to try on the pants before I attached the waistband and I fixed the problem by simply taking 1cm out of both outside seams. I'm not sure if this was the right way to do it, but it didn't affect the positioning of the darts or the overall appearance of the pants.

A pleasure to use. Good quality tissue paper.

I highly recommend this pattern! It sews up beautifully. The integrated pocket/waistband opening is flattering and simple to sew. I love the silhouette of these shorts and trousers!

I love a pattern that shows me a different way to put a garment together (though as somewhat of a beginner, that is usually every pattern). The closure was interesting and made for a flattering fit!

I love the construction of this pattern! These pants are so easy because of the opening, but they look so professional! This pattern is definitely a winner!

Sooooo happy with this pattern, it's blooming brilliant (and I have already made 4 more pairs!!)

I love these trousers with the clever tie fastening. I have a black crepe pair on my cutting table to make with button fastening.
