Additional Notes

This PDF pattern includes all pattern pieces and step-by-step instructions with illustrations.

The instructions on this pattern are so detailed and easy to follow. This was the first project I ever sewed and I was really pleased how it turned out. Two sleeve length options and option to complete in all one colour or with contrast fabrics. Hardest part to execute is the sleeves but still was not that difficult and if you are an experienced sewer you will breeze right through this! I did version A with a version B button placket - this was really intuitive to do based on the instructions I thought, but if you are having trouble with it Made by Rae has a pattern hack tutorial on her website about how to do this.

The drafting is great and I like how everything came together easily.

The darts are too high and I need to lower them at least an inch - I've heard this from others, I feel like the pattern is too expensive to have darts that are commonly too high. But, other than that, it's a really wonderful pattern. UPDATE - I went up a size and the darts were perfect. Then I took in a little at the sides as the previous size was a little snug. I wish the pattern called for french seams.

Great fit without any alterations.

This is an excellent pattern with a beautiful fit! Definitely a wardrobe staple that is easy to put together.

A really great pattern. I especially liked the instructions that were full of helpful reminders and tips.

Rae's instructions are incredibly detailed, as always. I love my finished top and highly recommend this pattern!
